Delivery Service

1. The products will be delivered in 2- 4 days in general after the payment confirmed receipt. No same day delivery is provided once the Company has confirmed receipt of your payment.

2. Delivery service is only available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and some designated areas in New Territories and not available for the rural areas , outlying islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Hong Kong International Airport.

3. The delivery service is between the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).

4. Enjoy free delivery service to the address provided upon spending HK$600 or above in a single transaction. Delivery service is available with HK$100 additional delivery fee for orders below HK$600 (including delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport).

5. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby delivery is considered unsafe. In this event that customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

6. Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in.

7. To maintain the quality of the products, the customers are suggested to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time. If no such person is present, the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed. In such circumstances, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer an extra delivery fee.

8. The Company reserves the right to decline pick-up of the Products of any Customer but subject to the actual situation.

9. The Company reserves the right to decline exchange any products that is being delivered or has been received by any Customer but subject to the actual situation.
