PAYMENT METHODS

 1.The prices of the products are applicable on the day you order.

2. We currently accept Fast Payment System (FPS)and bank transaction for payment. All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

3. If your order is cancelled due to the products are out of stock and you have made any payment, we will refund the amount to your bank account. You agree and accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.

4. When you place an order, you authorize us to debit the bank account you specify on your order for the amount of the order at the time we send our acceptance of your order.

5. We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your bank account information will be collected, processed, and kept by us and a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.

*For the payment is completed via FPS or Bank transaction,  please send the receipt with the relevant Invoice Number to our email (order@csfinefoods.com) or WhatsApp (5232 3443 ). We will arrange the delivery when we receive your orders with receipts.
